Booking Policy

For us to confirm your reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total amount ( ….€ ) must be paid within three (3) working days upon receiving this agreement.

The remaining balance ( ….€ ) must be paid one (1) week , prior to the arrival date, via bank transfer or via credit card.

If you wish to pay the remaining balance, in cash upon arrival, you need to inform us in advance.

Cancellation Policy

The guest can cancel free of charge, until 30 days before arrival, otherwise the deposit is non-refundable.

If the guest doesn’t show up, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
